Can I rent a car and have someone else drive it for me?

Yes. You can be the renter of the vehicle and holder of the credit card made for the rental and have someone else added as an additional driver.

Can I pick up the vehicle at the airport? What about dropping it off over there?

Yes you can have your vehicle delivered at the airport or we can pick you up over there, no extra charges. You can also drop off the car at the airport. The airport drop off fee is $40.95.

Pacific Gateway hotel provides a complimentary shuttle bus that runs every 20 minutes on the hour/24 hours that will take customers to the airport to and from our office (less than 5 min drive).

Can I rent a car to do my Road Test?

Yes, we can rent a vehicle for the road test. Please contact us for more information.

Can I return the car after business hours?

Yes. You can return the car at our designated overnight parking lot. Once you come and rent the vehicle just let us know so we can explain where our overnight parking lot is located and you can return the car at your most convenient time.

What happens if someone besides the authorized driver drives the vehicle?

If anyone besides the authorized driver ended up driving the vehicle, this will result in a charge of CAD$0.50 per km driven on this rental, as stated on the terms and conditions available on this website.

Rented Car Over Night Return Location

Our over night return location for rented cars is located at GEC Granville Suites, 718 Drake Street
(Back alley for the garage – 725 Continental Street)

Instructions:

Entry is as shown in the map through the back alley parking entrance located at GEC Granville Suites
on Drake Street (725 Continental Street).
Press the buzzer and notify that you come from Access RAC in order to enter the parking lot. If no
answer due to late hours please enter GECsuites and go see front desk and they’ll open the gate for you.
Please park in our marked designated parking stalls located on level 3* (lowest level).
Once finished parking, do not forget to take all your belongings from the vehicle.
Please follow the signs to the exit and deposit your key in our key box.
