Yes. You can return the car at our designated overnight parking lot. Once you come and rent the vehicle just let us know so we can explain where our overnight parking lot is located and you can return the car at your most convenient time.

Yes. You can be the renter of the vehicle and holder of the credit card made for the rental and have someone else added as an additional driver.
If anyone besides the authorized driver ended up driving the vehicle, this will result in a charge of CAD$0.50 per km driven on this rental, as stated on the terms and conditions available on this website

Pacific Gateway Hotel provides a complimentary shuttle bus that runs every 20 minutes on the hour/24 hours that will take customers to the airport to and from our office (less than 5 min drive).
Yes you can have your vehicle delivered at the airport or we can pick you up over there, no extra charges. You can also drop off the car at the airport. The airport drop off fee is $40.95.
Access RAC requires a minimum of 48 hrs notice from the scheduled pick up for standard size vehicles ( compact, intermediate, full size, sporty) and 7 days notice for SUVs, minivans, winter/snow tire vehicles to avoid cancellation fee. Customers that fail to show for a reservation will be charged 100% of the rental cost. All cancellations require email confirmation to avoid additional charges.

Extending the rental period is possible at the time of check-out or during the rental itself. However, you must notify us at least 2
hours prior to the expiration of the rental period. The extension is subject to vehicle availability and extra payment. An
additional credit or debit card authorization may be required. If you fail to request an extension in the given period, the vehicle
may be notified to the police as stolen.
If the vehicle returns more than 59 minutes after the time set for it in the Rental Agreement, we will be forced to
charge a full day’s rental
Driver's License and Eligibility:
No. We accept drivers license from every country. On the other hand, we may require a passport for drivers license that are not in English such as Japanese and Korean for example.
Yes. We accept Class 7 license and you are more than welcome to rent with us. Renting a car with a Class 7 license is perfectly
legal. Please place your ‘N’ Driver sign on the back of the vehicle once get in one of our cars.

Yes. If you have the proper documentation confirming that you are currently in process of getting a new license, than it shouldn’t be

Yes. In every rental you have a limitation of 300/km per day, meaning that for one day you have 300/km included. For example, if the rental is for 3 days you will have total of 900/km included.
Please note that the rental rate of the vehicle does not include the cost of fuel.
In this case, you have 3 options:
1. Bring back the vehicle with a full tank of gas and provide the receipt of the fuel purchased.
2. Pre-purchase the fuel in advance. A lot of our customers prefer this option as it eliminates the stress and hassle of trying
to find a gas station and fill the tank at the end of the rental period.
3. Bring the vehicle back and let us (Access Rent A Car) re-fuel for you based on the price as stated on the contract.
Yes. We provide child seats as well as boosters for $10.95 per day. We can also provide GPS for $14.95 per day
We do not allow people to smoke inside our vehicles, all our fleet is smoke free.
If you cross a toll bridge, you have two options, you can either go to the bridge administration website and pay by yourself or you can tell us when you return the vehicle and we include the amount on your rental agreement. If the crossing is not communicated and the amount not paid, an administrative fee is applied.
Regarding parking tickets, you can also pay the bill directly or let us know and we include on your rental agreement.
